Fishermen in Teringai

While I was here in Kuching,
my dear Roy was busy waiting at the remote Pantai Teringai, which is located
56km away from Kudat, Sabah.  Of course, he was not waiting for me to arrive in a boat or something.
Rather for the arrival of the fishing boat from an early morning fishing trip!
Photos are courtesy of Roy's iPhone :))))

The lonely looking Teringai Beach!  Hubby was already up, as early as 6am.

Finally the boat arrived after a long wait

Well, not so many catch today!
So happy lah =)

Marching Away

The moment we start seeing Spring, it's already the last day of March.
Well, life is dull without good food eh.......??!!!

Easter is around the corner and one can see this beautiful "wonderland" at The Spring Shopping Mall.

Going pizza for lunch and we ordered Polo Pan Pizza

Oh, the gooey yummy cheesy bite!

Errrr........am craving for Sky Cafe's curry puff but end up buying all these for tea-break!

Aloha Burger I

We knew that our burger man, Chef Alan Cutner would finally open a burger stall one day and he did!
So went to the stall at the food court, somewhere at the basement of Karamunsing Complex, KK  on Saturday for a great lunch with hubby and not forgetting, Valerie who was also in town.

Naw-Ruz in KK

Finally the weekend is here again and am so happy to finally meet Roy, my hubby.
WWwuuuuuaaaaaaaa.......missing him so dearly and could only see each other after the fasting month.

Was on the jet plane to Kota Kinabalu!  This is the cover story on the 3sixty magazine march 2012 edition
So I was in time for the Naw-Ruz celebration by the pool-side at Bayshore Condominium in KK.
After a great lunch with burgers/sandwiches at Aloha Burger (see next post), we went to pick up some chairs from the Baha'i Centre.  Well, at least could burn off some additional fats from the yummy, delicious burgers/sandwiches.  Upon arrival, there were already some decorations around the pool.

1/2 beef, 1/2 chicken

"1/2 beef, 1/2 chicken"
was written on the box of one round of pizza that I've ordered a week plus ago
from our Ma'am Kula who worked for Skycafe.
Oh my, she's so gooooooooooood!
Thanks to her, I was able to get this beautiful pizza for my friends at work
to celebrate the Naw-Ruz.

You can actually drop-by at Skycafe for this delicious chicken or beef pizza @ RM4.60 per slice.

New Year Open House Visit

" Praised be Thou, O my God,
that Thou hast ordained Naw-Ruz as a festival unto those who have
observed the fast for love of Thee and
abstained from all that is abhorrent unto Thee.
Grant, O my Lord, that the fire of Thy love and the heat produced by the fast enjoined by Thee
may inflame them in Thy Cause....."

~ Baha'u'llah
