I guess, most of us know the benefits of avocados.
Though high in calories, it is rich in monounsaturated oil with soluble fibre.
Not only that, the fruit, also popularly known as the alligator pear because of the shape and rough skin, have more protein than any other fruit.
So had a juicy morning breakfast (together with egg in the basket) with a newly obtained Healthy Drink MIXER. With a mixtures of (one) avocado + (two) grapefruits + 140 gram of yogurt + honey to taste = Healthy Drink Mix indeed :)))
