Both hubby and I started our journey exactly at 6:23am from Kota Marudu home.

| At 10:00 am, we were reaching the Mile 32 Check Point whereby one can go to the left to Sandakan or right to Lahad Datu or Tawau |
By the time we arrived Lahad Datu, it was already noon time and ready to stop for lunch
