Never knew that, among the many dumplings and buns,

this particular tea house actually serve

Baked Sweet Potato,

which is considered another alternative towards taking much healthier food.

I, initially, thought it's a bad idea to have sweet potato that comes with cheese

but later I found out that, with a bit addition of fat,

one can enjoy the full benefit of the beta-carotene. 

So, what I can think of......apart from calcium, phosphorus and protein,

cheese actually contains fat so.....

this fat can increase our uptake of beta-carotene from sweet potatoes

Happy Baha'i New Year I

It has been the greatest and unexpectable challenge yet memorable Naw Ruz this year......

Was told about sacrifices and prayers....and am glad I've made the right decision.....

So went to KK, Sabah, catching the first early morning Air-asia flight on Sunday, the 20th March.
Thought of celebrating the new year with a totally new different environment, so that brought me to a nice dinner at one of the chinese restaurants and celebrating the new year with the small Baha'i community of Penampang.

What a romantic dinner....as though we owned the restaurant.  So we went up the Menara Tun Mustapha which I believed is a very tall building.  Hahaha....and we were having such fun taking photos, eating and drinking.  Thanks to Leroy for taking us, three ladies to the only revolving restaurant in KK - Atmosphere
