Wholemeal Nestum Cookies

Yeah, got the recipe from busy granny of http://busygran.blogspot.com/
with a thank you because they taste real good.

Ingredient A:
100g butter
100ml olive oil I have to use sunflower oil instead
130g castor sugar but i use dark brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Ingredient B:
200g plain flour
90g wholemeal flour
80g nestum
1 teaspoon baking powder but I use bicarbonate soda

Method:

1.  Cream all the ingredients B for 2 to 3 minutes.
2.  Put all the dry ingredients A in a bowl and whisk for a few secs to mix well.
3.  Add in the dry ingredients and mix into a dough.
4.  Roll out into balls and then flatten them by pressing lightly with your hand.  Place them onto the baking
tray.  Or somehow rather you can place the balls onto the baking tray and press lightly with a fork to
     flatten.
5.  Bake in pre-heated oven at 140 degree celcius for 30-40 minutes or till golden brown.  Or you can bake it
at 200 degree celcius for 15-18 minutes or till golden brown.
6.  Cool to serve or store in air-tight containers.
