It was early tuesday morning and had to wake up at 4am to get everything ready for the trip. Knew it was going to be a long 2 hours trip to one of the Iban Kampung somewhere before Simunjan but I had fun plus all the exhaustion and having to bath in sweat.

ReplyDeleteLooking at these pictures of yours, they just reminded me of a time in my life when i was in Kuching for church activities,, waking up early, sat in a 4 WD, going through the rough terrain , bumpy road about 2 3 hours... and it was all worthy when arrived at the destination.
the calm, the air, the children, the people in the interior ..

no problem, eugene...oh ya, never thought Simunjan is so far away even from Serian Town....talking about bumpy road...still got gravels from time to time and the 4x4 was like swerving to the left and right....:P
